    • • Exhibited leadership in Hospital infection control program.
    • • Established & managed BSL-2 Virology lab of the hospital.
    • • Prepared Standard operating procedures for Microbiology department .
    • • Prepared Standard operating procedures for Hospital infection control practices for COVID-19 Pandemic.
    • • Rendered trainings of infection control practices in high risk areas including ICUs , Ots and various other areas.
    • • Rendered trainings to all the doctors, nurses about the biomedical waste management practices, as part of Hospital infection control committee.
    • • Advised to the hospital staff about the hospital surveillance, maintenance of hand hygiene practices during daily clinical ward rounds in the high risk areas.
    • • Worked as deputy quality manager of NABL and have conducted successfully NABL inspection.
    • • Conducted successfully NABH inspection as a part of hospital infection control committee.
    • • Conducted MBBS MSc and MD (Medical Microbiology) Exam at SMS&R, Sharda university.
